Hey guys! I’m Peter Verges, and I’m excited to be your President this year! I’m a junior majoring in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Theology, and I’m from Mandeville, Louisiana. I enjoy golfing, playing with my dog, watching the Saints, hanging out with friends, and planning great events for the great guys of Baumer. I’m eager to make this sixth voyage the best one yet! Dear Bucs, I’m grateful to be on the leadership team for the Fall of 2025, before I spend the Spring of 2026 studying in Santiago, Chile. I’m a junior studying Theology and Political Science. Saint Paul, Minnesota is my home, where I come from a crazy family of six kids. I spend my time on campus all over the place, from research with the Kellogg Institute to stopping by to visit my brother in Dillon Hall (booo). I’m on HPC in order to extend the same warm welcome I received to Baumer Hall two years ago. Please come talk to me with any questions and concerns as you begin your Notre Dame journey. Hey Everyone! I’m Mark, and I’m a sophomore from Omaha, Nebraska (Roll Jays and Go Big Red). I’m majoring in Neuroscience and Behavior in the College of Science with minors in Poverty Studies and the Glynn Family Honors Program. In my free time, I play drums and DJ (my stage name is Mark the Shark). I also love playing basketball despite my sub-20% three point shooting clip and hanging out with the fellas of Baumer. What’s up guys! My name is Mario, I’m a junior majoring in Economics, and I hail from Ashburn, Virginia. I’m hyped to be serving Baumer as Chief of Staff this year. In my free time, I love playing sports: I take section football more seriously than my degree and I’m always down to hoop — although my game is admittedly not as flashy as Mark “Beyond the Arc” Bausch. I also enjoy playing piano, checking out random events on campus or venturing into South Bend, having a little BT/CS (ask Andre or Diego), and hanging out with the lads in Baumer. As they say: “In the Ship, we all fam.” Never hesitate to stop by my room if you have a question or want to chat, I’m excited to get to know all of you! Looking forward to an epic sixth voyage.
